Charlene has a decade of experience in the transportation industry, during which she has demonstrated her expertise in route management, client and parent responsiveness, safety, and consistency. She has improved the efficiency of transportation routes and communication between school districts and parents while maintaining a high level of safety for drivers, students, and elderly clients.
Charlene's dedication to the special education student population has been recognized by the Manchester School District. She understands that transporting loved ones is an immense responsibility and holds safety, consistency, and reliability as top priorities. Her belief is that everyone who rides with her team deserves respect and compassionate care.

RON MARCOUX
COO/CO-OWNER
As the husband of Charlene and right-hand man at Home Base, Ron brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the team. With a background in military and law enforcement, he is equipped with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Ron's award-winning business and sales skills have proven invaluable to the growth and success of Home Base.
In addition to his professional experience, Ron is a father of six and grandfather of three. He has a passion for helping others, as demonstrated by his years of running the West Side Soccer league. Ron enjoys spending time with his family, watching football, and building strong relationships with others.
NOAH MARCOUX
CHIEF ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
My name is Noah. I am a proud member of the American Society of Administrative Professionals, and hold a P.A.C.E. I have 10+ years in leadership and I have 2 years experience supporting C suite Executives.
My favorite thing to do on my free time is spend time with my dogs - Balto and Jack. Read, play Video Games, and research for my Podcast.

My name is Eddie and Iāve been in the school bus industry for almost 24 years. I started this work as a part time job and itās turned into one of my greatest passions. I live with my family, including our little Dachshund princess Lucy. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
DENNIS - ACCOUNTANT
My name is Dennis and I am the accountant for Home Base Transportation. I am very pleased to be a part of this company as I value family and love the atmosphere within the company and what the company stands for. I crunch numbers by day and fight crime at night. Okay, I just crunch numbers but I love doing it as I love being a part of the overall puzzle and not treated as just a number but a valued member of the company. When I am not crunching numbers and the occasional chip at my desk, I love spending time with my wife Raechel and my Mini Goldendoodle child Penny. I used to teach hip hop dancing but now I just stick to dancing in my kitchen. I am a HUGE University of North Carolina fan and watch every game every college basketball season.
I chose to work for Home Base Transportation as I was looking for a change of scenery and could not be happier that I landed here. Hi, I'm Norma I spent 27 years as a Medical Secretary, I decided I didn't want to talk on phones any longer, so I made a change! I started out as a special needs bus driver thinking, "I love to drive, and I love kids; this will be awesome!" Now, 4 years later, Iām still driving and I love every minute of it! More than the driving, I love the kids' smiles and how excited they are to get to school. I love working for Home Base Transportation.

Hey! My name is Al. After 30 years in the electronics industry, I spent 15 years in retail and the last 5 years retired as a bus monitor for special needs kids. These last 5 years have been the best years of my life. I love the kids and would have made this a career had I known about it earlier. BRIDGETTE - DRIVER
Hi Iām Bridgette, I work for Home Base Transportation because they share my same beliefs. We believe every child is precious and need kind loving people to care for them. The safety of everyone is very important to the home base staff. The management truly cares about the employees as much as they care about the children. This makes it a very pleasant place to work.
I have four children and six grandchildren. I always canāt wait to see them. I love spending time with them. I enjoy going to their sporting events, taking them to the lake, taking them out to dinner, and having them spend the night with me. They are my whole heart.
As for myself, I have two dogs, two cats, many chickens and a couple of roosters. I love to watch them run around in the yard! Another thing I enjoy is riding my motorcycle that I just got my license to drive last summer. Iām really loving the learning experience that comes with it!

My name is Carol Berteau. Iāve been driving for over 25 years. I love bringing our children to and from school and the growth I see with them is awesome. I came to Home Base because I feel they support the drivers and families and itās a nice family oriented business.
DANA - DRIVER
Iām Dana, Iām coming to Home Base with 24 years of professional driving experiences including driving School buses for school districts in Exeter, and Kingston N.H., which includes 3 years of driving a public schools special needs mini bus and some time spent driving special needs vans for Easter Seals. Dana comes to Home Base with 10 years of service in the NH Air National Guard and 30 years of experience as a volunteer firefighter and EMT-Basic. During my free time I enjoy fishing, camping, hiking, and alpine skiing.

Iāve experienced the special needs transportation industry through the eyes of a parent for many years. It lead me to see that there is a great need for good people in the field. Ever since I had that realization, I decided to use the knowledge that I learned over the years to try and help raise the standard of special needs transportation. I married my best friend John 8 years ago. I have a beautiful daughter and 2 beautiful granddaughters and a step daughter. I have 2 cats Harley and Jax. A dog named Shadow and 2 rats Bob and Kirby.
On my downtime, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and granddaughters. I also enjoy doing many crafts like crocheting, painting ceramics, and baking. I have a huge collection of Elephants!
