Charlene has a decade of experience in the transportation industry, during which she has demonstrated her expertise in route management, client and parent responsiveness, safety, and consistency. She has improved the efficiency of transportation routes and communication between school districts and parents while maintaining a high level of safety for drivers, students, and elderly clients.
Charlene's dedication to the special education student population has been recognized by the Manchester School District. She understands that transporting loved ones is an immense responsibility and holds safety, consistency, and reliability as top priorities. Her belief is that everyone who rides with her team deserves respect and compassionate care.

As the husband of Charlene and right-hand man at Home Base, Ron brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the team. With a background in military and law enforcement, he is equipped with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Ron's award-winning business and sales skills have proven invaluable to the growth and success of Home Base.
In addition to his professional experience, Ron is a father of six and grandfather of three. He has a passion for helping others, as demonstrated by his years of running the West Side Soccer league. Ron enjoys spending time with his family, watching football, and building strong relationships with others.

Hi, I’m Lisa! I’m the Dispatch & Scheduling Supervisor here at Home Base Transportation. I’m a proud single mom of three amazing kids, one of whom has special needs. My experience as a parent navigating the special needs transportation world opened my eyes to just how important it is to have compassionate, dedicated people in this field.
That realization inspired me to take what I’ve learned over the years and put it into action—working to raise the standard of care and service in special needs transportation. I’ve been involved in this work for over 6 years now, and without a doubt, my favorite part of the job is the kids!
Outside of work, I love spending time with my children, family, and my furry companions—two cats and a dog. My biggest passions in life are animals and kids, and I feel so lucky to work for Home Base, where I’m part of such a supportive and caring team.

I had my concerns in the beginning regarding driving a bus, but I have had mostly positive experiences and have met wonderful people while transitioning into a new career. I have fun, and take pride in what I do and where I work. Okay, I just crunch numbers but I love doing it as I love being a part of the overall puzzle and not treated as just a number but a valued member of the company. When I am not crunching numbers and the occasional chip at my desk, I love spending time with my wife Raechel and my Mini Goldendoodle child Penny. I used to teach hip hop dancing but now I just stick to dancing in my kitchen. I am a HUGE University of North Carolina fan and watch every game every college basketball season.

Hi, I'm Norma I spent 27 years as a Medical Secretary, I decided I didn't want to talk on phones any longer, so I made a change! I started out as a special needs bus driver thinking, "I love to drive, and I love kids; this will be awesome!" Now, 4 years later, I’m still driving and I love every minute of it! More than the driving, I love the kids' smiles and how excited they are to get to school. I love working for Home Base Transportation.

I’m Dana, I’m coming to Home Base with 24 years of professional driving experiences including driving School buses for school districts in Exeter, and Kingston N.H., which includes 3 years of driving a public schools special needs mini bus and some time spent driving special needs vans for Easter Seals. Dana comes to Home Base with 10 years of service in the NH Air National Guard and 30 years of experience as a volunteer firefighter and EMT-Basic. During my free time I enjoy fishing, camping, hiking, and alpine skiing.
